Prayer Rock Wedding Venue at Walker's Bluff
Joey and I were childhood sweethearts. In the 3rd grade, while sitting on an old wooden bridge on a dirt road in between our two houses, he told me that he would marry me one day. After long hard life roads, God allowed us to be reunited many years later and Joey fulfilled that promise he made to me when I was 9 years old. We have been married 17 years now and share 2 beautiful boys.
The land that Prayer Rock Wedding Venue at Walker's Bluff sits on was never expected and came as a total surprise to us both. We are so thankful that our Lord is allowing us to share it with our community. As a child, Joey and his family rode horses on this bluff. After we married, we rode 4 wheelers up to the Big Rock every Sunday to sit and talk. As soon as our first son was born, he was along for our Sunday afternoon rides to the Big Rock. And we carried on that same weekend tradition when we were blessed with our second son.
Joey and I were married on this same bluff - only a half mile down from the Big Rock. It was the most beautiful wedding ever!! It is our joy to share this bluff with other couples for one of the most significant days of their life.
